All of our teas are carefully sourced from tea estates and tea farmers from all around the world, they’re then inspected right here in the UK and taste tested just to make sure.
Our suppliers are SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approved) and Soil Association accredited.
All of the tea estates that our tea originates from are screened, with thorough documenting of their processes, and audited where deemed necessary.
We strive to meet and exceed the minimum requirements for Fairtrade and Organic Certification, although mostly due to cost we cannot claim to be accredited.

We pack and dispatch orders every working day, and aim to pack your order within 3-4 working days of you placing it but it’s usually the same day.
We will send your parcel via Royal Mail first or second class, depending on your preference.
If your order qualifies for free delivery we’ll get out to you sharpish via first class!
If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, we will offer you a refund once we have received the unused product back.
