On all UK orders over £15

We ship via Royal Mail 1st Class for orders all our orders. We currently only ship to the United Kingdom via our online shop.
If you're located outside of the United Kingdom, and you would like to make an order, please email orders@cheekytea.co.uk and we can arrange delivery for you.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, the orders are then handled by the Royal Mail delivery systems and delivery times are out of our control.
You should receive your order within 5 working days.
Please allow up to 7 working days before getting in touch, as we can’t take any action with until after that time period. Some orders can take a bit longer, particularly over bank holidays and busy times of year like Christmas.
We charge a flat fee of £3.00 for all UK orders under £15.00 (FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £15.00).
International shipping costs can be quoted on a per order basis, please email orders@cheekytea.co.uk for more information.
